I grew up in Georgia, a country known for its ancient castles, breathtaking landscapes, rich wine culture, and some of the most unique cheeses in the world. Cheese was never just food back home — it was tradition, comfort, and a way of bringing people together.
After moving to the United States, I realized how much I missed those flavors and how few people here had the chance to experience authentic Georgian cheese. That longing turned into a purpose.
My Georgian Cheese was created to introduce the true taste of Georgia to America. Every cheese we make is inspired by time-honored recipes and crafted with the same care and passion I grew up with. My mission is simple but bold: to reach every home and town across the country and share the love I have for Georgian cheese — one bite at a time.
